We deal in a wide range of silver products, including but not limited to idols, customized pieces, and collectibles. Not all items are BIS Hallmarked, as we also offer products in lower purity silver based on market needs. Weight mentioned on the platform is indicative and subject to variation due to the handmade/custom nature of products.

Customization options are available for eligible products. Please contact our team directly for specific requests.

4. Pricing, Payments & Transactions

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. All pricing reflects market conditions and includes applicable GST. We accept a wide range of payment methods, including UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, wallets, etc. All payments are processed securely via CC Avenue.

We do not offer EMI or financing options at this time.

5. Order Refusal, Limits & Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to:

• Reject any order for any reason.
• Limit quantities per order or customer (particularly in cases of suspected resale or misuse).
• Cancel orders without obligation, especially in cases of pricing or stock errors.

In such cases, we will make reasonable attempts to contact you using the information provided.

6. Shipping & Fulfillment

We aim to dispatch orders within 2–7 working days. Shipping is chargeable and based on delivery location. We do not provide free shipping. While we work with multiple courier partners, tracking may not always be available depending on the provider.

We ship globally and do not restrict delivery to any geographic zone unless mandated by law or logistics restrictions.

7. Returns & Replacements

We have a 7-day replacement policy applicable only in the following cases:

• You receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
• Clear visual/video evidence is submitted within 48 hours of receipt.

Non-returnable items include:

• Silver coins
• Bars
• Currency notes
• Customized products

We do not issue refunds—only replacements—and return shipping costs are borne by the customer. For more details, refer to our Returns & Replacement Policy.

8. Marketing Communications & Data Use

By providing your contact information, you consent to us sending you promotional content via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. Your data may be shared with third-party CRM or marketing partners to improve our services. Full details are provided in our Privacy Policy.

All disputes, claims, or controversies shall first be resolved through arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Mumbai, India, and proceedings will be conducted in English. Subject to arbitration, courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our services at any time without notice for breach of these Terms. You may also terminate by ceasing to use our platform. Any obligations or liabilities accrued prior to termination shall survive.

We reserve the right to revise or replace any part of these Terms at our sole discretion. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
